New Albany Links fitness facility allows you to burn off those unwanted pounds in an environment that will keep you focused. The fitness room is equipped with a Smyth Machine, Precor machines of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals and yoga mats. Cable cross-over and free weights are available to work on the upper body, and for those who want to work on legs and calves try pushing some weights on our Magnum work-out equipment.

New Albany Links offers training classes in yoga, pilates and water aerobics during the summer season. Also, New Albany Links offers one on one with one of our trainers.

New Albany Links hard-tru tennis courts are always available for a quick pro-set or just to volley with your partner. New Albany Links offers lessons and clinics for all ages. The tennis courts set off 18 fairway and are 3/4 surrounded by some tall evergreens.
